The $6.5 million dollar remodel and expansion project for Movie Tavern Denton is part of the core of the face lift for the 34-acre shopping center at 500 W. University Drive in Denton. The Denton cinema added 5 auditoriums and doubled its existing space to 53,000 square feet.
Cheyenne’s portion of this project included:
- 27,000 SF of added foundation for new auditoriums
- Added curb and gutter around sidewalks
