The new Neiman Marcus location is the long-anticipated cornerstone piece to the Shops at Clearfork in South Fort Worth. When completed, Neiman’s will be part of the first retail phase of the Clearfork development shopping center. Standing at two stories tall and encompassing 90,000 square feet, the new Neiman’s is expected to open in February 2017.
Cheyenne Construction participated in bringing this vision to life by pouring the following elements:
- 45,000 SF Slab on grade for foundation
- 43,000 SF elevated slab on metal deck
- 12,000 SF Paving and integral colored sidewalk with rock salt finish
