Anchored by Whole Foods Market and REI, Waterside is a 63 acre lifestyle/mixed-use development that is transforming the former LMRA (Lockheed Martin Recreation Association) into premier shopping, office space, and living accommodations. The project has contracted a number of concrete experts for various pieces of the 63 acre project and the Cheyenne Construction crew worked in conjunction with the team as a whole. Utilizing best-in-class design and materials, Cheyenne Construction was responsible for pouring:
- 56,113 square feet of tilt wall buildings
- 20,000 square feet of paving for the loading dock areas
