The Richland Hills Activity Center is the city’s new, 28,000 square foot, multi-purpose community facility. Approved by voters in the city’s November 2015 bond referendum, the $12 million project will provide functional fitness amenities, a museum, and public meeting spaces for up to 300 people.
Cheyenne Construction was responsible for providing the following key elements for this project:
- 144 drilled piers
- 26,500 square feet of slab on void
- 13,500 square feet of sidewalk
- 48,000 square feet of paving
