Texas Christian University’s Frog Alley Parking Garage was built on top of the old surface lot to provide more than 1,100 parking spaces for students and alumni. The garage and surrounding re-model of the old surface lot doubled the number of parking spaces available for those attending special events at the Dee J. Kelly Alumni & Visitor’s Center. Cheyenne Construction Company was engaged for the exterior parking and sidewalk pavement surrounding the new garage. Specifically, our team poured:
- 86,750 SF Paving for parking outside of the garage
- 16,300 SF Paving for sidewalks surrounding the garage
